In-Sight
From Discovery to Recommendations
The objective of this phase is to gain an understanding of the current status of revenue management knowledge and business practices of the client and agree on the best approach for the Improvement phase. The In-Sight process includes:

- Historical Key Opportunity Analysis
- Rate Efficiency Analysis
The outcome of the In-sight phase will be detailed recommendations on quick wins and long term improvements based on the findings and an agreed action plan for the Improvement phase.
Improve
From Concept to Reality
The objective of this phase is to implement a standardized and consistent revenue management culture with the client that will improve profitability and increase the bottom the line. The Improve process includes:
- Process Development & Implementation
- Best Practice & Standards
- Revenue Management Toolkit
The outcome of the Improve phase will be a fully implemented set of standard operating procedures and tools to support the process – and the knowledge that these standards and tools have been trained and applied at the properties.
Instill
From Standardization to Sustainability
With standards and basic tools implemented, the objective of this phase is to ensure that the revenue management culture is not only sustained but continues to grow and improve in the face of changing business conditions and staff turn-over. The Instill process includes:
- Revenue Management Certification
- IDeaS Learning System (ILS) Training & Support
- Remote Consulting & On-site Progress Reviews
