The Client Project Administrator is responsible for overall project administration in collaboration with the worldwide Client Project Management team. This includes assisting the Project Management team with data entry, case monitoring and project communication. This role provides high quality administrative support to the IDeaS Client Project Management team and will contribute to the success of large roll-outs.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the project management process by entering, collecting and producing records using the CRM tool, Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office tools

Execute the administrative tasks set by Client Services team members according to the general targets set

Ensure overall effective day-to-day administration of projects
-
Provide high quality administrative support the IDeaS Client Project Management team and contribute to the efficient running of large roll-outs

Create and distribute IDeaS Learning System logins to the appropriate project contacts
-
Distribution of Client Satisfaction surveys using the appropriate tools and distribution methods

Enter and schedule relevant tasks in regards to training assignments executed by the Client Training Specialist team

Assist with documenting current and new processes within the Client Services and Service Delivery teams

Ensure transparency and visibility to the organization is provided via Salesforce.com

Essential Job Qualifications:

3+ years business experience
